Tutoring Services

All tutoring is arranged as needed, with no contracts or long-term commitments required. Scheduling is flexible and can be tailored to your situation. Usually, sessions are one hour long, but can be shorter or longer if desired.

Academic Math

I can help you with your math classwork, at any level from Pre-algebra to Geometry to AP Calculus or Statistics. Whether you are struggling with the foundations of your class, are finding it hard to keep up, or are getting an A- and you really want that solid A, working with me will help you achieve your goals.

Test Preparation (ACT/SAT)

If you are a college-bound student, the first step in test prep is figuring out which exam is right for you. I give students a sample ACT math section and a sample Digital SAT math section and review the results to see which test format is a better fit. Together we can formulate a test preparation plan that is tailored to your unique needs.

Other Test Prep (GRE, GMAT, ISEE, others)

I can help you prepare for any exam that involves math. No matter how much (or how little) time you have to prepare, I can get you ready to take tests confidently and free from anxiety.

Pricing

Remote tutoring over Zoom: $200 per hour

Tutoring in your home, in Stamford, CT: $225 per hour

Tutoring in your home, elsewhere*: $250 per hour

I also offer virtual sessions on a sliding pricing scale to accommodate students in need. Please reach out to discuss this further.
